"It was a bit hard to find but very comfortable. I would reccomend staying here. I booked for someone who just needed a night stay, so there was no interaction with staff. Just make sure you follow check in and out times, or you wont see staff. Although we checked in after hours we were able to get in."

"Property needed 72 hour notice to book. Expedia didn't honor that rule. They booked me the same day so i wasnbable to stay. I was stranded from 6pm-11pm. Ended up cancelling the whole trip and returning home!"

"The property was double booked the first two days leaving us without a place to stay. The property manager said he booked another place when we got there that was also not available. We spent several hours late in the evening until we were finally able to get a temporary booking. Communication was extremely poor overall it was hard initially to get a hold of the property owner although we had paid in advance our accommodations was not available first two days. "

"When I arrived to Kingston my cell phone did not work. So, I was not able to contact Shurnette the apartment manager. I ended getting a call from my driver but, not until I was already at the apartment. Shurnette had her husband come and check me in because he was closer than she was. He made it there in a timely matter seeing how I gave them no notice of my arrival and they were extremely pleasant about it as well. "Nice place to stsy of you want to catch the Knutsford Express Bus especially early in the morning. We walked just a few minutes over to the bus terminal. There are many things in walking distance as well. The apartment was also very clean and the few things we used were in working order."
