"I rented this apartment for about a week during business presentation in Kingston. The staff were helpful, detailed and kind. Also, the location and general layout is very safe and well-kept. I appreciated having laundry appliances and a full kitchen with pots and pans so that I could cook, too. "*SCAM ALERT* I booked this place and paid upfront for 3nights. When it was close to check-in time, I called and was as told over the phone by the host that they do not take last minute bookings. They never refunded me nor answered the rest of my calls."

"Overall, it was really a great experience. The local property manager was really warm and understanding. I got to the location a bit late but that was not a problem for her. She patiently await my arrival, and once I arrive she took me on a tour of the property, have me hooked up to the Wifi, and show me how to use the TV remote.
